You cast your vote on a ballot paper. You will receive this from the electoral board when you enter the polling station. With the ballot paper, you then go individually to the
polling booth. There you mark your desired list ballot proposal with a cross or otherwise. Then fold the ballot paper so that your mark cannot be seen.
The clerk of the electoral board will then check whether you are listed in the electoral roll, if necessary after you have presented your voter's notification or ID card on request. If this is the case, you can put your ballot paper in the ballot box. The clerk will then note that you have cast your vote.
