This concerns, for example, exceptions:

• From the regulations on road use,
• from the prohibition to enter a highway or a motor road or to use it with vehicles not authorized there,
• from the regulations on stopping and parking,
• from the regulations concerning towing of vehicles,
• regulations concerning the dimensions of vehicles and loads,
• the prohibition of unauthorized transportation of persons,
• from the regulations on wearing seat belts and safety helmets,
• from the prohibition to lead animals from motor vehicles and animals other than dogs from bicycles,
• from the prohibition of driving on Sundays and holidays,
• from the prohibition of placing obstacles on the road,
• from the prohibitions to operate loudspeakers, to offer goods or services on the street,
• the prohibition of advertising and propaganda in connection with traffic signs,
• prohibitions or restrictions imposed by regulatory or directional signs, as well as
• from the prohibition of parking at night or on Sundays and holidays for motor vehicles over 7.5 t and trailers over 2 t in residential areas.

Special regulations apply to large and heavy transports.
