If you, as the operator of a prostitution business, wish to employ persons in the prostitution business in the following areas of responsibility, you must report this to the competent authority:

• Management and supervision
• Compliance with domiciliary rights or house rules

All persons employed in the above areas of responsibility must undergo a background check. This also applies if the relevant persons are employed by external companies.

If facts justify the assumption that this person does not have the necessary reliability for their work, the competent authority can issue an employment ban and prohibit you from employing the person or their work in the prostitution trade.
