You must have the areas on which you are entitled to hunt entered in the hunting license. The entries must be corrected in the event of changes.

Anyone wishing to hunt must be in possession of a valid hunting license. Any changes required during the term of the hunting license, such as entries, corrections and deletions of information in the hunting license, are carried out by the competent lower hunting authorities.

If there have been changes to the area on which you are entitled to hunt after the hunting license has been issued, you must have these entered in your hunting license.

The entry must be made by the authority responsible for your place of residence.

Any changes required during the term of the hunting license, such as entries, corrections and deletions of information in the hunting license, are carried out by the competent lower hunting authorities. Entries concern, for example, the hunting lease or paid hunting permits. Corrections to the details on the hunting license include a change of name, change of address, hunting area, qualified person, etc.

There are no official fees.

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.

If you submit the application in writing, complete it and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the evidence to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If all conditions are met, the change will be registered.

The hunting license holder can have entries made in the hunting license at the locally competent lower hunting authority.

There is no statutory processing period. Processing takes a maximum of one week.

The hunting authority must be notified immediately of any changes to the areas to be used for hunting.
