Residents of the municipalities and districts are given the opportunity to ask questions and submit proposals or suggestions in a question and answer session before the start of the public part of each committee meeting.
In public meetings of the municipal council or the district council, there is always a question and answer session in which residents who have reached the age of 14, as well as natural and legal persons and associations of persons who own or use property or run a business in the municipality or district, are given the opportunity to ask questions and make proposals or suggestions on matters relating to the local community.

Questions, proposals or suggestions are submitted before the meeting of the municipal council or district council or during the question and answer session at the beginning of the meeting. Questions are answered where possible.
The processing time for answering questions that cannot be answered directly during Question Time, as well as the evaluation of proposals or suggestions, depends on the circumstances of the individual case.
