The authority responsible for occupational health and safety may refuse or temporarily prohibit you from employing the pregnant or breastfeeding woman during this period in order to ensure the protection of the health of the woman or her child.

- Send your application to the local authority responsible for occupational health and safety, including the necessary documents and evidence.
- If the documents or information required for processing are incomplete, you will be contacted immediately by the processing department.
- The local authority responsible for occupational health and safety will check the documents.
- Your application is considered approved if you do not receive a rejection within 6 weeks.
- If the requirements for approval are not met, you will receive a rejection.
- The authority responsible for occupational health and safety can also issue you with a provisional rejection.
- In the event of a rejection, you will receive a notice of rejection.
