If you are the operator of a large combustion plant, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant, you must determine, record and evaluate its pollutant emissions on an ongoing basis by means of continuous measurements.
You must regularly prepare a measurement report on the results of the continuous measurements and send it to the responsible immission control authority within certain deadlines.
