Would you like to change the operator of a medium-sized combustion, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant? Then you must report this to the responsible immission control authority.
If you wish to change the operator of a medium-sized combustion plant, gas turbine or combustion engine plant, you must notify the responsible immission control authority in advance.
The obligation to notify generally applies to all combustion plants with a rated thermal input of at least 1 MW and less than 50 MW, whether or not they require a permit.
In the case of aggregated combustion plants, you must notify the planned commissioning if the combined rated thermal input is more than 1 MW and less than 50 MW.
The authority responsible for you will then enter the information you provide in a register of installations, which is publicly accessible.
