As the training provider, you must enter every training contract for a recognized training occupation in the vocational training register and have it deleted in the event of premature termination.

The register of vocational training relationships is kept by the bodies responsible for training, for example the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Chamber of Crafts and other professional chambers. It contains all recognized training occupations and records all essential contents of the vocational training contract.

After a training contract has been terminated, you as the training provider must submit an application for deletion to the competent regional authority. The competent authority checks the legality of the deletion and then confirms the deletion of the vocational training relationship.

Documents confirming the dissolution:

• Termination agreement or
• letter of termination or
• similar

You have had a vocational training contract entered in the register of vocational training relationships.

As the training provider, you apply for deletion from the register of vocational training relationships in analog or electronic form to the competent authority.

The competent body will check the relevant data and documents in accordance with the Vocational Training Act and enter them in the register of vocational training relationships.

If necessary, you as the trainer will be contacted by the competent body for the following reasons:

• Queries
• Additional requests for documents
• rectification of deficiencies.

At the end of the procedure, you as the training provider will receive a corresponding notification or a decision from the competent body as to whether the deletion has been carried out or rejected.

You must submit the application immediately after termination of the vocational training relationship.

• Register of vocational training relationships according to BBiG; deletion
• Trainees in training occupations under the BBiG are entered in the register of vocational training relationships.
• After premature termination of the training relationship, the training center applies for the entry to be deleted.
• Deletion is carried out if the entry requirements are not met or if the medical certificate for the first follow-up examination is not available when registering for the intermediate examination or the first part of the final examination.

Contact the chamber responsible for your vocational training. This can be

• the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for vocational training in non-trade occupations,
• the Chamber of Skilled Crafts for vocational training in occupations under the Crafts Code,
• the State Office for Agriculture, Food Safety and Fisheries for vocational training in agricultural and rural domestic science professions, with the exception of the profession of veterinary assistant, for which the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons is the competent body,
• the Chamber of Lawyers, Patent Attorneys and Notaries as well as the Notary's Office for the vocational training of legal assistants,
• the Chamber of Auditors and the Chamber of Tax Consultants for the vocational training of professionals in the field of auditing and tax consultancy,
• the Chambers of Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians and Pharmacists for the vocational training of healthcare professionals.

There are other competent bodies, for example for vocational training in the public sector and in the area of churches and other religious communities under public law.
