The competent authority must be informed immediately of any changes to the information on which the application is based.
Under EU law, feed business operators must provide up-to-date information on all establishments under their control, including any significant changes in activities and closures (including changes of name). The notification must be submitted to the competent authority.
Under federal law, the competent authority must be notified immediately of any changes to the information on which the application is based.
- Your company is registered as a feed company.
- Your company is approved for an activity by the competent feed monitoring authority.
- There have been important changes in your company's activities.
- You wish to notify the closure of a business.
- You want to report a change of name, renaming, you want to report other changes underlying the registration.
You can also notify the competent feed monitoring authority of the change informally by e-mail or post. The competent feed monitoring authority will check and record your submitted farm data.
A confirmation of the change of registration will only be issued on request.
