A new notification is required if changes have occurred since the initial notification (e.g. change of address, changes in the persons responsible) or if the sale is discontinued.

For each sales facility, a sufficient number of responsible persons must be appointed to act as supervisors for the sale and/or storage. These persons must be appointed by internal organization.

You must provide details of the management of the sales outlet/branch and the person responsible.

Small quantities of pyrotechnic articles of categories F1 and F2 may be stored without a permit. If you wish to store quantities in excess of this, you require a permit in accordance with § 17 of the Explosives Act.

If you do not submit the notification required under § 14 of the Explosives Act, or do not submit it correctly, completely or on time, you may be liable to a fine as an administrative offense.
