If you have entered into a land lease agreement or wish to notify a change to it, this must be notified to the competent authority within one month by the lessor.

The landlord must notify the competent authority within one month of every land lease agreement concluded or amendment thereto. Land lease agreements may also be notified by the tenant, who is entitled to do so.

The notification is confirmed by the authority if the contract is not objectionable.

The land lease agreement concluded between the landlord and the tenant shall be submitted to the competent authority by the landlord or the tenant within one month.
The competent authority checks the contract for completeness and with regard to the assessment (objection) in accordance with the LPachtVG.

Within the 1 month period, can be extended to 2 months

The notification of the conclusion of the contract and the amendment to the contract shall be made within one month of their agreement.
