Entschädigung für die Tätigkeit im Berufsbildungsausschuss beantragen

Members of the Audit Committee and the Vocational Training Committee receive compensation.

The competent body shall set up a vocational training committee, which shall be informed and consulted on all important matters relating to vocational training. Work on the vocational training committee is voluntary. Voluntary work is understood to mean unpaid participation in the performance of public duties. As a member of a vocational training committee, you will receive compensation for your expenses:

• cash expenses
• lost time.
• Mileage allowance for car.

The compensation serves to reimburse expenses that you have incurred for travel costs, additional meals and any overnight stays that may have become necessary. Travel costs are reimbursed for journeys by public or private transport between your home or place of work and the place where the meeting or other event of the vocational training committee takes place.

Compensation for lost time is calculated as a lump sum per meeting. You will only receive compensation for time missed if you do not receive a salary from your employer or employer for the time spent.

The amount of compensation is determined by the competent body with the approval of the supreme state authority.

• Proof/receipt of cash expenses
• For missed time: depending on your responsible office/IHK, time sheets if they do not apply flat rates
• Self-disclosure of kilometers driven for travel costs by car

• You are a member or deputy member of the vocational training committee of the competent body
• You have attended a meeting of the vocational training committee
• You incur cash expenses, lost time or travel costs as a result of your participation in the vocational training committee
• And/ or: You do not receive continued payment of your salary from your employer or employer for the duration of your work on the vocational training committee

The application is free of charge.

• Application including evidence and supporting documents is submitted
• Application is reviewed
• Compensation is approved

The application and supporting documents must be submitted by December 31 of the year in which you were active on the vocational training committee.

Administrative court action

• Applying for compensation for work on the vocational training committee
• Members of a vocational training committee receive compensation for their work for cash expenses as well as a mileage allowance for travel on the occasion of the meeting and for their time missed
• If the members of the vocational training committee are not compensated by another party, appropriate compensation will be paid by the responsible body
