If you or your company own grape must, wine or sparkling wine as of July 31, you must submit a corresponding declaration to the competent authority by September 10.

All natural and legal persons and their associations who own grape must, wine or sparkling wine on July 31st are obliged to submit an annual wine and/or grape must stock declaration. All stocks of products originating from own or third-party production that are stored in own or rented premises on the reporting date must be reported. It is irrelevant whether these are stored in tanks, barrels or bottles.
Sparkling base wine stored in sparkling wine cellars for the production of sparkling wine must also be reported under "Sparkling wine".
If there are no more stocks compared to the last declaration because they have been sold or remaining stocks have been transferred to private stock (no more sales, only personal use), a zero declaration is mandatory.

• You or your business own grape must, wine or sparkling wine as of July 31.
• You or your business were subject to registration in the previous year.

There are no costs.

The latest submission deadline for this notification is September 10 of the reporting year.
