You can report on the annual quantities of water withdrawn and submit plant documentation online:

• The water users obtain an account for ThAVEL use
• The user-related data and water volumes are entered in an online form
• Other documents are uploaded

• As this is purely a reporting obligation, there is no fixed processing time
• A random plausibility check is carried out by the Thuringian State Office for the Environment, Mining and Nature Conservation.
• Inquiries are made if necessary

Reporting by water users must be submitted annually by March 31.
