If a plot of land is to be divided, you can apply for a certificate for the division of land.
If a property is to be divided that has been built on or whose development has been approved, the lower building supervisory authority can issue a certificate for the division of the property upon application by the parties involved.
The certificate confirms that the division does not create any conditions that contradict the Thuringian Building Code or regulations issued on the basis of the Thuringian Building Code.
Costs (fees and expenses) must be charged for public services provided by the building supervisory authorities.
The amount of the fees is set out in the Thuringian Building Fees Ordinance and its appendix.
For public services that are not included in the annex to the Thuringian Building Fees Ordinance, a fee is charged that is calculated on the basis of comparable public services.
