Has a child been born in your institution? Then you must report the birth to the relevant registry office.
If a child is born in your institution, you must report the birth to the relevant registry office.
- Birth notification with signature of the institution or electronic signature with details of mother and child.
As a birthing facility, you must register the birth with the registry office responsible for the place of birth within 1 week. The day of birth does not count towards the deadline. In the case of a stillbirth, the notification must be made no later than the 3rd working day after the birth.
The service is only used to fulfill the legal obligation to register the event of a birth through a birth facility. If the birth is registered at the registry office, further proof is required.
