If you have information about permitted or illegal advertising in connection with an offer or an event of a permitted game of chance, you can submit it anonymously.

If you have information about advertising by a licensee or advertising for an illegal offer or event, you can submit it anonymously.

The publication of gambling advertising is regulated in Germany. Only gambling providers who have received a license to operate gambling from the competent authority may advertise their gambling offer (i.e. legal gambling offers).

Here are a few points of reference that constitute a breach of gambling advertising rules:

• Gambling advertisements must not suggest that players can influence gambling.
• No advertising for virtual slot machines, online poker and online casino games may be broadcast on the radio or Internet between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. (daily).
• Directly before or during live broadcasts of sporting events, it is not permitted to broadcast advertising for sports betting on this sporting event on the broadcasting channel.

References to gambling advertising are relevant, for example, in the areas of horse and sports betting, lotteries, online poker or virtual slot machines.
