• the granting of exemptions from the provisions of the Ordinance on the Operation of Motor Vehicle Operators in Passenger Transport (Section 43 (1) BOKraft).

The administrative districts and independent cities are responsible for

• the issuing of permits for occasional passenger car services (cab and hire car services as well as excursions and vacation destination trips by car).
