If you are severely disabled, you are entitled to free public transport or a vehicle tax reduction under certain conditions.

If you have a two-color severely disabled person's ID card on which certain characteristics are indicated, you can apply for a supplementary sheet and a token with the help of this application.

This will enable you to benefit from either free local public transport or a reduction in vehicle tax.

In order to be able to use free local public transport, you must purchase a token for six months or a whole year and pay a contribution. The co-payment is waived if you have certain characteristics or receive certain social benefits.

Alternatively, you can apply for a supplementary certificate without a token in order to receive a reduction in vehicle tax.

For people with certain signs, it is possible to use the supplementary sheet with a token to obtain both a reduction in vehicle tax and free public transport.

If your supplement is damaged or you have lost it, you can apply for a replacement.

• valid two-color ID for severely handicapped persons, including certain signs of disability
• If applicable, proof of receipt of certain social benefits for dexemption from the co-payment for the token

• You must have an established degree of disability of at least 50.
• You must have a valid two-color severely disabled person's ID card.
• You must have been granted at least one of the following marks: G, aG, Bl, H, Gl

The issue of the supplement is free of charge.

The token can be purchased for half a year or a whole year for a personal contribution. The amount of the co-payment is currently 46€ for half a year and 91€ for a whole year. You will receive the token without a co-payment if you have been granted at least one of the signs Bl or H or if you receive certain social benefits as a severely disabled person.

• After you submit the application, your eligibility documents will be reviewed on an addendum.
• If you meet the requirements, the fee you may have to pay will be determined and a remittance slip will be sent to you.
• The supplementary sheet with token will be sent to you after payment.
• If you meet the requirements for a supplementary sheet with a token without personal contribution, the supplementary sheet with token will be sent to you immediately.
• If you do not meet the requirements, you will receive a rejection notice.

• In the case of a supplementary sheet with a token against payment or without a token, a few days.

• Approximately two weeks for a supplementary sheet with a free token.

• In the event of a refusal, the processing time may vary.

There are no deadlines to be observed. However, if the month of application is already advanced, the supplement with token will be issued only for the next month.
