Prerequisites

• There are no facts that make the applicant (in the case of legal entities, the persons authorized to represent them according to the law or the articles of association) and the training personnel for first aid training appear unreliable.
• The qualification of the training personnel has been proven.
• Suitable training rooms and the necessary teaching materials for theoretical instruction and practical exercises are available.

Recognition may be limited in time and subject to conditions (in particular with regard to the further training of the persons involved in the training).

The fee in accordance with No. 214.3 of the German Road Traffic Fee Regulations (GebOSt) is EUR 153.39 (including the on-site inspection).

The processing time is approx. 6 weeks (including on-site acceptance).

A personal interview at the Thuringian State Administration Office is recommended before submitting the application. Only after all the required documents have been submitted will the on-site inspection take place.

Official recognition is only valid for the territory of the Free State of Thuringia.
