If you are active as a showman, "flying trader" or owner of a market stall, i.e. if you offer your services or goods at constantly changing locations, you are operating a traveling trade. To do this, you need a traveling trade license.

The traveling trade license can be restricted in terms of content, issued with a time limit and subject to conditions if this is necessary to protect the general public or consumers. If you have a temporary traveling trade license, you can renew it with the competent authority.
