You need a permit to train pilots or air traffic control personnel.
Prerequisites:
- There is no risk to public safety or order.
- You and your instructors are personally suitable for the activity.
- You have an instructor's license in accordance with the Ordinance on Aviation Personnel.
The permit may be subject to conditions and limited in time. It can be revoked if it has not been used for more than one year.
Application for a permit or registration in accordance with Section 32 of the German Air Traffic Licensing Regulations (LuftVZO)
