If these forest products are protected by nature conservation law, you also need an exemption permit from the responsible lower nature conservation authority in agreement with the lower forestry authority. Private property and the regulations of public law must be observed.
Fees according to the Thuringian General Administrative Cost Regulations are incurred for the approval according to nature conservation law.
According to § 15 para. 3 ThürWaldG and § 39 para. 4 BNatSchG, the removal must be carried out with care. The removal must not endanger the local population of the species concerned and must not significantly impair the natural balance.
