If you wish to hold a traveling camp for the distribution of goods or services that is to be advertised by public notice, you must give notice.

If you wish to organize a travelling camp for the distribution of goods, the offering of services or the taking of orders for goods and services, which is to be advertised by public announcement and the travel of the participants to and from the place of the travelling camp is to be carried out by the transport provided on a business basis by the organizer or by persons in cooperation with the organizer, you must notify the authority responsible for the place of the event.

The competent authority may prohibit the organization of a hiking camp if the notification is not made in time or is not truthful or complete, or if the public announcement does not comply with the regulations.

The advertisement shall contain:

• the place, the date and the time of the itinerant camp,
• the name of the organizer and of the person for whose account the goods or services are distributed, including the address at which these persons are established; in the case of legal persons, the legal form and the authorized representatives shall also be indicated,
• information enabling quick contact and direct communication with the organizer, including a telephone number and an e-mail address,
• the indication of the commercial register, register of associations or register of cooperatives in which the organizer is registered and the corresponding register number,
• the wording and form of the intended public announcement, and
• the name of a representative, authorized in writing, of the organizer of the migratory camp mentioned in the announcement, who will manage it on the spot for the organizer.

The itinerant camp may be managed on site only by the organizer named in the announcement
or a representative authorized by him in writing.

The amount of the fees depends on the individual case. Please check with the relevant trade authority.

The notification must be made at least four weeks before the start of the event.
