If you would like to be commissioned as an expert to carry out safety inspections and inspections of safety-related documents, you must apply to the competent authority for notification as an expert.
The competent authority may order the operator of an installation requiring a permit or of an installation within an operating area to commission one of the experts notified by the competent authority of a Land to carry out certain safety inspections as well as inspections of safety-related documents in accordance with Section 3 (5a) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).
The requirements for a notification pursuant to § 29b BImSchG as an expert within the meaning of § 29a BImSchG are specified in the 41st BImSchV (Notification Ordinance BGBl. I p. 973, 1001).
The completed application form for notification in accordance with § 29b BImSchG with the associated installations and the evidence required therein is required.
The range of fees according to the Thuringian Administrative Cost Regulations for the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Nature Conservation (ThürVwKostOMUEN) Annex Part A, Section 4, Number 2.3.12
is EUR 150.00 - 1,050.00.
Pursuant to Section 12, Paragraph 2 of the 41st BImSchV, the procedure for reviewing the application for disclosure must be completed within four months. A prerequisite is the completeness of the application documents.
It is recommended to submit the application for disclosure with complete documentation at least four months before the planned activity as an expert in the sense of § 29 a BImSchG.
The publication of the announcement takes place in the research system measuring points and experts (ReSyMeSa). Further information on legal bases, country-specific regulations and application documents can also be found there.
- The competent authority may order the operator of an installation requiring a permit or of an installation within an operating area pursuant to Section 3 (5a) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) to commission one of the experts notified by the competent authority of a Land to carry out certain safety inspections as well as inspections of safety-related documents.
