The Distance Learning Protection Act, which is the basis for the approval of distance learning courses, can be found here:
No approval is required for distance learning courses that are exclusively for leisure and entertainment purposes. However, the distribution of these so-called hobby courses must be reported to the State Central Office for Distance Learning.
Even for these so-called hobby courses, contract design, advertising and information as well as the use of representatives must comply with the requirements of the Distance Learning Protection Act.
