Would you like to set up or provide a prostitution vehicle? Then you must notify the competent authority of this in addition to your existing permit.

If a prostitution vehicle is to be used on more than two consecutive days or several times in one month in the local area of jurisdiction, the competent authority must be notified two weeks before it is set up.

Prostitution vehicles are motor vehicles, vehicle trailers and other mobile equipment provided for the provision of sexual services.

The operating location and operating hours of the prostitution vehicle must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the persons working in the prostitution vehicle and the customers, for the protection of young people and residents, as well as local residents and the general public.

If protection is not guaranteed, the competent authority may prohibit the installation of the prostitution vehicle. Please note that a permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG) is also required to set up a prostitution vehicle.

• First name and surname of the vehicle owner
• Full name of the operator of the prostitution vehicle
• Vehicle or vessel registration number
• Copy of the permit to provide the prostitution vehicle
• Copies of the registration or alias certificates of the prostitutes working in the prostitution vehicle
• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

If you wish to report the provision of a prostitution vehicle, you must:

• have a valid permit for the operation of a prostitution vehicle.
• have reached the age of 18.

In addition

• the reported vehicle must meet the minimum requirements for prostitution vehicles in accordance with § 19 ProstSchG and the installation must not conflict with the grounds for refusal in accordance with § 14 Para. 2.

Is based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the federal state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under federal state law.

You submit the notification and all documents to the competent body.

The competent authority checks the documents.

If you do not meet the requirements, the competent authority may prohibit the installation of the prostitution vehicle.

The competent authority must be notified of the installation of the vehicle at least two weeks before the vehicle is used.

Without an underlying permit in accordance with § 12 ProstSchG, the notification of the installation of a prostitution vehicle cannot be processed.

Please note that, in addition to the permit requirement for the prostitution trade, there may be other permit or notification requirements under other regulations, in particular under the provisions of restaurant, trade, building, water or immission control law.

In addition, a permit for the special use of public road areas may be required.

The inspection authorities for the permit pursuant to Section 12 ProstSchG and the notification pursuant to Section 21 ProstSchG do not have to be identical.
