  • conscientiously and impartially,
  • if the user/owner of the scale, the weighing personnel or an immediate relative have a direct interest in the weighing result.
• Certificate of public considerations with signature and indication
  • that it is a public consideration,
  • the place and date of weighing the
  • In the name of the client,
  • the type of material to be weighed,
  • the registration plate of motor vehicles or trailers,
  • for automatic weighing instruments: the counter stand before/after weighing and weighing result.
• Retention of public weighing records for at least two years

Anyone wishing to make a new weighing instrument available for use by third parties as a "public scale" or to deregister a "public scale" must notify the competent authority immediately.
