• The online service guides you step by step through the application.
• You can submit the required documents digitally.
• The request is automatically cached for 4 days when you use the service account. Otherwise, no caching is currently possible.
• In order to complete and submit the online application, you either need a service account or can authenticate yourself with the new identity card and the AusweisApp2. If you don't have a service account yet, you can register for one. You can do this during the online application process.
• The application must be signed either digitally via AusweisApp2 with the new identity card or on paper via jacket sheet.
• If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a payout notice
