If you want to build, operate or make certain modifications to a Category IV steam boiler plant, you must apply for a permit from the competent authority.

Steam boiler systems of the so-called category IV are heated pressure equipment at risk of overheating for the production of steam or hot water with a temperature of more than 110 degrees Celsius. These are systems that need to be monitored.
