If you are an operator or a company BImSchGIf you are an operator or a person performing operator duties under the BImSchG, you must inform the competent authority of how you ensure compliance with regulations and directives when operating an installation requiring a permit.
The laws, regulations and directives to be observed serve to protect against harmful effects on the environment and other hazards, significant disadvantages and considerable nuisance.

Completed notification with details of the person who performs the operator duties for the investment of the corporation or partnership with several authorized representatives or partners

• You must be the operator or a person performing operator duties in accordance with Section 52b (1) BImSchG.
• You must operate an installation that requires a permit.
  

There are no costs.

• You inform the authority responsible for you of how you ensure compliance with laws, regulations and directives on environmental protection when operating your installation requiring a permit.
• The competent authority will check your notification.
• If there are any queries, the competent authority will contact you.
  

There is no statutory processing time.

There is no deadline.
