Do you have an EU Community license for cross-border occasional transport for which the framework conditions change? Then you must report the changes or have them approved.
If you have an EU Community license for cross-border occasional transport within the European Union (EU), you must have fundamental changes to your company approved. This is the case, for example, with
- Expansion or significant change to the company
- planned transfer of the rights and obligations of the EU Community license
- Transfer of business management
Minor changes, for example to the conditions of carriage, are simply notified to the competent authority.
Occasional services include
- Excursions
- Vacation trips
- Trips with rental buses
Journeys are carried out with motor vehicles that are suitable and intended for the transportation of more than 9 persons including the driver due to their design and equipment.
- You already have an EU Community license.
- Fundamental changes are taking place in your company.
