You may only apply plant protection products, give advice or apply, instruct or supervise plant protection products within a training relationship or an auxiliary activity if you have a certificate of competence.
A person may only apply, advise on, or apply, instruct or supervise plant protection products in the context of a training relationship or an auxiliary activity if he holds a certificate of competence issued by the competent authority.
If there are more than three years between the issuance of the certificate and the application, a current proof of further training must also be submitted.
After receipt of the application and examination of the documents by the competent authority, preparation of an official decision on the recognition of competence and a request for payment.
