If you have taken delivery of grapes, mash, grape must, partially fermented grape must or young wine, you are obliged to specify the supplier companies and the products taken delivery of in the form of the list of suppliers.
If you have taken over grapes, mash, grape must, partially fermented grape must or young wine from a wine-growing business or another business for wine production or for delivery, you must submit a list of suppliers for wine production. You are obliged to report all additions and purchases.
You must submit the list of suppliers for the wine production declaration to the competent authority by January 5 of the year following the harvest at the latest.
You must submit the list of suppliers for the wine production notification of products from other producers
- as a winegrower in Lower Saxony to the (LAVES),
- otherwise to your responsible district or independent city.
You have (for example as a winery or trading company) taken over wine products such as grapes, mash, grape must, partially fermented grape must or young wine for wine production or unaltered sale from a supplier (e.g. winery, winegrower).
You must submit the list of suppliers for the wine production declaration by January 5 of the year following the harvest at the latest.
This is purely a notification. You will not subsequently receive any notification from the authorities.
