You must submit the certificates in the original or as a certified copy.
You have successfully passed the compulsory state examination on your first attempt.
A fee of €300.00 is charged for the examination procedure. If you have passed your first examination attempt as a free attempt, this fee does not apply.
After submitting your application, you will be admitted to improve your grade and will be invited to take the supervisory papers and, if you pass the written examination, the oral examination. If you achieve a better grade in the examination procedure than in your first attempt, a new certificate will be issued confirming that you have passed the compulsory state examination. If this is not the case, the previous result will be retained.
The registration period of the respective examination round must be observed. For the first examination round of the respective year, this covers the period from 01.11. to 30.11. of the previous year. For the second examination round, the registration period is from 01.05. - 31.05.
You can only apply for admission to improve your grades after the result of the first attempt has been announced and only until the end of the next but one admission period.
You must not yet have started the legal preparatory service. The commencement of the legal preparatory service ends the examination procedure.
