If you would like to apply for a fishing license, you must first take and pass a fishing examination (angler's examination).
If you wish to obtain a fishing license, you must have successfully passed the fishing license examination and be able to present a corresponding certificate to the fishing license authority. You can take the examination at various locations in the country at local or district groups of the fishing associations. Under certain conditions, you are exempt from the fishing license examination. You will receive a written certificate as proof that you have passed the fishing license test.
