Under the free counselling telephone 0800/1110333 , children and young people can talk to qualified counsellors about every conceivable problem. If necessary (e.g. if accommodation is needed at short notice), they will also refer you to a counselling centre nearby.
The nationwide toll-free children's and youth telephone is available Monday to Saturday from 14.00 to 20.00.

A special parent's telephone is also available for parents. Here parents receive - if desired anonymously - assistance in all questions around the topic of education. The parents' telephone can be reached nationwide under the toll-free number 0800/ 11 10 550 Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 11.00 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.00 to 7.00 p.m.

Other contacts for worries and needs are the Kinderschutzbund, the district and the independent city. In addition, the telephone pastoral care of the Christian churches under 0800-1110111 and 0800-1110222 is available nationwide free of charge around the clock as a contact person.
