If you are organizing a hiking camp and wish to announce this publicly and the arrival and departure of participants is to be carried out by you as the organizer or by persons working with you, you must notify us in advance.

The organization of a traveling camp for the distribution of goods or serviceswhich is to be advertised by public announcement must be notified to the authority responsible for the location of the event.

The competent authority may prohibit the organization of a touring camp if the notification is not made in good time or is not truthful or complete, or if the public announcement does not comply with the regulations.

The hiking camp may only be run on site by the organizers named in the notification or by a person authorized by them in writing to represent them.
