Berufsausbildung: Änderung des Ausbildungsvertrages

• §§ 35, 36 Vocational Training Act (BBiG)
• if applicable, § 30 Law on the Order of Crafts (Handwerksordnung - HwO)

As a trainee in a recognised training occupation, you must notify the competent chamber of any significant change in the content of an existing training contract. The changes are entered in the register of vocational training relationships.

The following information must be provided for registration:

• surname, maiden name, first name, date of birth and address of the trainee(s),
• the name and address of the educational establishment,
• apprenticeship,
• the date of commencement of vocational training,
• Changes to the content of the contract signed by the contracting parties and, if applicable, the legal guardians.

The notification must be made immediately after the change of the training contract.
