If a partial building permit is granted, construction work on individual components can be started before the completion of the entire building permit procedure.
A partial building permit can be issued before the final issuance of the building permit. This allows the start of construction work for individual components.
This can be particularly useful for large construction projects consisting of several buildings.
In addition to the application form, the building documents required for the decision on the content of the partial building permit must be submitted.
There is nothing to prevent the granting of the building permit for the entire project. The requested part of the construction project can be carried out independently.

Applications for partial building permits are usually made as part of a building permit procedure.
The building permit and partial building permit shall expire if, within six years of their grant, the execution of the project has not begun or the execution has been interrupted for more than one year.
