In Germany, the activity as a pharmaceutical technical assistant is regulated by precise regulations. This means that in order to be able to work as a pharmaceutical technical assistant in Germany, you need a state permit. With this permit, you are allowed to use the professional title "pharmaceutical technical assistant" or "pharmaceutical technical assistant" and work in the profession.

Permission to use the professional title of pharmaceutical technical assistant is required for the exercise of the aforementioned profession. You will need to apply for it. Permission will be granted if you:

• have not been guilty of conduct from which unreliability for the exercise of the profession arises,
• are suitable for the exercise of the profession from a health point of view,
• have passed the state examination for pharmaceutical technical assistants after a two-year course and six months of practical training,

- Fill out the form and attach the necessary supporting documents.

- Submit the application documents to the State Office for Occupational Safety, Consumer Protection and Health (LAVG).

- You will then receive the desired permission by post and transfer the fee provided for it.
