Correction of incorrectness or incompleteness in the electoral roll.

If you consider the electoral roll to be incorrect or incomplete, you can appeal the electoral roll to the electoral authority. A decision on the objection will be made within 3 days. The electoral roll shall also be corrected ex officio if the electoral roll is manifestly incorrect or incomplete and the deficiencies are not the subject of an objection procedure.

Voters' register has been drawn up and incorrectness has been detected.

The objection to the voters' register must be submitted to the electoral authority in writing or for record within the inspection period.

The electoral authority shall decide on the objection within three days.

The objection must be filed within the inspection period from the 20th to the 16th day before the election.

The electoral roll shall be corrected if it is manifestly incorrect or incomplete, if deficiencies in the opposition procedure have been identified or if there are other deficiencies.
