Young people in measures of entry qualification are registered by the sponsor of the measure at the oberstufenzentrum.

The activities and contents of the entry qualification are always components of state-recognized training occupations. As a result, in the event of mutual interest, the transition to training or employment is possible at any time.

According to § 40 abs. 1 of the Brandenburg School Act, compulsory vocational schooling is suspended during participation in an entry qualification. However, if the participant and the company are interested in attending school, in particular if the time of the initial qualification is to be credited to the training, they have the opportunity to apply for participation as a guest student in individual consultation with the responsible school.

Registration in the responsible upper school center

The entry qualification is an offer of the economy to young people with limited placement prospects for individual reasons. Through a combination of work and learning, they can start their professional life in a field of activity of a training occupation. The entry qualification is primarily aimed at the young people who were still suddenly on 30.9. Participants in entry qualification measures can attend the vocational school on request.
