As a building owner, you must notify the lower building supervisory authority in text form at least one week in advance of when you wish to start your building project that requires approval or does not require approval.
If your building project does not require approval, this notification is not necessary.

You may only start work on your building project that requires approval or does not require approval once you have received the (partial) building permit.
You must submit the required structural engineering evidence at the latest with the notification of the start of construction.

The lower building supervisory authority will then check whether the requirements for starting the construction project are met. Feedback from the authority is not necessary.
If the notification of the start of construction is not submitted or not submitted on time, this can be punished as an administrative offense.
