If you no longer wish to use a fishing vessel for eel fishing, you must report the deregistration immediately to the competent lower fishing authority.

• If you no longer wish to use a fishing vessel for eel fishing, this must be reported immediately to the competent lower fisheries authority (deregister fishing vessel for eel fishing).
• You provide your contact details and registration number as well as the date from which the fishing vessel is to be deregistered for eel fishing and details of the fishing vessel.
• The lower fisheries authority will then delete the registered fishing vessel from the register.

• You must have been registered for eel fishing, i.e. have a registration number.
• The fishing vessel must be entered in the register provided for this purpose.

• You deregister the fishing vessel for eel fishing with the competent lower fisheries authority.
• The deregistration must include the contact details, registration number, date of deregistration of the vessel for eel fishing and details of the fishing vessel.
• Your registered fishing vessel for eel fishing will be deleted from the register.
