You must notify the competent Chamber of Skilled Crafts of the appointment or dismissal of the management of your craft business subject to licensing.

If you wish to exercise a craft requiring a license as the owner of a business without fulfilling the requirements for registration on the craft roll yourself, you must appoint a business manager who meets these requirements.

The appointment of the manager must be registered with the Chamber of Crafts so that it can check that the registration requirements are actually met. If a manager leaves the company or the scope of their activities changes, this must be reported to the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts.

Appropriate proof of qualification must be available.
