The transportation of more than 25 grams of cannabis between parts of the pacified property of the same cultivation association must be reported to the competent authority.

Cultivation associations must notify the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) of the transportation of more than 25 grams of cannabis between parts of the pacified property of the same cultivation association that are not directly connected.

The date, the start and destination address of the transport as well as the quantities in grams and varieties of the cannabis transported must be reported.

The notification must be submitted to the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety using the online procedure provided (see "Online procedure").

The transport must be notified at least one working day before the start of the transport.

The transportation of more than 25 grams of cannabis between parts of the pacified property of the same cultivation association is permitted if the parts are physically directly connected or if

1. the quantity of cannabis transported in each case does not exceed one twelfth of the annual quantity permitted for personal cultivation and distribution under Section 13(3) of the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG)
2. the cannabis transported is protected against access by unauthorized third parties, in particular children and adolescents, and the container used for transport is secured by suitable protective measures against the removal of the cannabis
3. the growers' association notifies the competent authority in writing or electronically of the date, the start and destination address of the transport and the quantities in grams and varieties of the cannabis transported at least one working day before the start of the transport,
4. the transportation is carried out by at least one member or accompanied by at least one member of the growers' association, and
5. the member carrying out or accompanying the transport carries his membership card of the growers' association, an analogue or digital copy of the permit of the growers' association pursuant to Section 11(1) KCanG and a transport certificate issued by the growers' association and signed by an authorized representative of the growers' association.

The transport certificate must contain the following information:

• Name and address of the registered office of the growers' association,
• Date of transportation,
• Start and destination address of the transport,
• Quantities in grams and varieties of cannabis transported and
• the name and contact details of the authority responsible for the notification.
