The Free State of Bavaria supports the ongoing operation of the helicopter simulation center at the Mountain Rescue Center for Safety and Training in Bad Tölz. The ongoing material and personnel expenses are to be partially covered.
Beneficiaries
The Stiftung Bergwacht and Bergwacht Bayern are eligible to apply.
Eligible expenditure
Funding will be provided for the necessary personnel expenses and the ongoing operating expenses of the helicopter simulation center.
Type and amount
Non-repayable grant as project funding in the form of annual pro rata funding.
- Planning and explanation of the total expenditure
- Demand planning (registrations) of the users structured by training days for the different users
- Financing plan with explanations
- Personnel planning with statement of expenditures and explanations
The eligible users of the BayHsZ include the helicopter operators of the police and non-police emergency services in Bavaria with their helicopter crews as well as the emergency organizations and their emergency personnel in order to train cooperation in the context of an operation.
The distribution of training times among the members of these organizations should take into account the different needs of full-time and volunteer personnel.
The application must be submitted to the government of Upper Bavaria.
The government of Upper Bavaria is also responsible for the execution (payments, verification of use, etc.) of the grant procedure.
The application for a grant must be submitted in writing to the Government of Upper Bavaria by October 31 of the year preceding the year of application at the latest.
