Which dogs are considered dangerous, see link - Dangerous dogs - List of recognized experts see link. Puppies and young dogs up to 15 months old can only be released for a limited period. Prerequisite: character test for young dogs or proof of regular successful participation in young dog training. Transitional regulations apply to Rottweilers that will be held on April 1st, 2006.
